If there is ever an issue with your order
If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@qamarbodycare.ca
Please include your order number and a photo of the product in question.
In this specific case, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
2. Shipping Policy
At Qamar Bodycare, we prepare each order with care so that you receive your products quickly and in perfect condition.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Free shipping: Offered on all orders over $75 CAD.
Package tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, which you will receive by email once your package has been shipped.

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, Qamar Bodycare is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages related to shipping.
