Draw a warm bath and add 2–4 tablespoons of Sahra Bath Salt directly to the water. Allow the minerals to dissolve for one minute before stepping in. Soak for 20–30 minutes. Breathe slowly. Let the ritual begin.
For deeper muscle relief, use up to 6 tablespoons and soak for up to 45 minutes.
